Uldven was created out of the desire for fewer things and instead more presence.

When I myself missed a natural choice for children when it came to teddy bears, the idea for Uldven emerged. An alternative to plastic and mass production, created from clean materials and with time for the process.

Each stuffed animal is hand-felted in 100% pure merino wool, slowly and with attention to shape, weight and expression.

Uldven is not made in large numbers at a time, but when the hands can keep up. Therefore, each Uldven is unique and bears the hallmark of repetition, calm and presence.

Uldven is intended as a stuffed animal for quiet play, role play, cuddling rituals and security.

For children and for adults who want fewer things, but better things, and who choose natural materials as part of everyday life.
