Bear

The bear is the one who watches over. The one who settles down heavy and calm and says: you may rest here. It carries the energy of protection, grounding, and deep rest. The bear does not rush anything. It knows that everything grows best when it is allowed to rest from time to time. The bear reminds the child that it is not always necessary to be awake, alert, or ready. That there are moments when the most important thing is to withdraw a little and simply be at peace.
